  • How do you determine SMS and MMS?
    It’s a bit complicated, but we’ll try to explain it and let us know if this helps.
     
    SMS without emojis can accommodate up to 160 characters per segment.
    SMS with emojis can accommodate up to 70 characters per segment.
     
    When you send messages exceeding the characters mentioned above, they are split into multiple segments and delivered to the receiver as a single message.
     
    MMS with or without emojis, can accommodate up to 1600 characters. Messages with an attachment such as an image or GIF are considered MMS.

  • What kind of numbers do you offer?
    We offer three different types of numbers.

  • Do I get a dedicated phone number?
    Absolutely! Every account gets a toll-free number of your choice.
     
    ONLY if you prefer to use a local number like our cell phone numbers, there is an additional $15/month fee. The Campaign Registry, which includes the network operators, levies this charge.
  • Are there any other additional charges?
    None! The lack of transparent pricing is a problem in the SMS marketing industry. We offer all-inclusive pricing.
  • Should I sign a contract?
    No, there are no contracts. You will be billed on the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan anytime. Stay with us ONLY as long as you’re enjoying our services.
