Help Scout Live Chat Integration

Step 1 – Login Help Scout. Click on “Beacons” under the Manage menu.

Step 2 – Click on “Create a Beacon” button.

Step 3 – Enter Beacon name.

Step 4 – Click on the “Next” button at the bottom.

Step 5 – Click on the “Next” button.

Step 6 – You can see the Help Scout live chat code here.

Step 7 – Click on “Settings” at the top right corner.

Step 8 – Click on “Widget Settings” on the left side menu.

Step 9 – Paste the Help Scout live chat code here.

Step 10 – Click on the “Update Live Chat” button.

Step 11 – Click on the “Live Chat” button.

Step 12 – You can see the Help Scout live chat window.
