Freshchat Integration

Step 1 – Login to Freshchat. Click on “Settings” at the left side menu.

Step 2 – Click on “Web Messenger”

Step 3 – You can see the Freshchat code here.

Step 4 – Click on “Settings” at the top right corner.

Step 5 – Click on “Widget Settings” on the left side menu.

Step 6 – Paste the Freshchat code here.

Step 7 – Click on the “Update Live Chat” button.

Step 8 – Click on the “Live Chat” button.

Step 9 – You can see the Freshchat chat window.
