Gorgias Helpdesk Integration
Step 1 – Click on “Settings” at the top right corner.
Step 2 – Click on “Channel Settings” on the left menu.
Step 3 – Select “Gorgias” from the support channel dropdown.
Step 4 – Login to Gorgias and click on “Settings” on the left menu.
Step 5 – Click on “Integrations” under the General section and choose “Email”.
Step 6 – From the newly opened pane, copy the Gorgias support email address.
Step 7 – Paste the copied Gorgias support email address into the ‘Channel Email Address’ field.
Step 8 – Click on the “Verify Email” button.
Step 9 – You will receive a 6 digit verification code on Gorgias Inbox.
Step 10 – Enter the 6 digit verification code in these fields.
Step 11 – And that’s it! You can start offering customer support via Text without leaving Gorgias!
